3. Core Return & Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our mechanical work, the following strict guidelines apply to vehicle builds, parts orders, and machine services:
  • Custom Builds: Each high-performance engine or cylinder head is meticulously built to order. No cancellations or refunds are accepted once an order has been officially placed and queued into production.
  • Core Charges: Products sold with a core charge require the customer to return an acceptable, rebuildable core within the designated timeframe to receive a full refund. Return shipping costs for cores are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cores that fail structural inspection or present non-repairable damage will result in a forfeiture or deduction of the core refund.

4. Parts & Installation Disclaimer

High-performance automotive components and engine modifications are intended for experienced builders and off-road or racing applications.
  • Professional Installation: We highly recommend that all performance engine components, cylinder heads, and long block engines be installed by a certified technician or a professional. BimmerHeads is not responsible for any engine failure, vehicle damage, or personal injury resulting from improper self-installation, tuning, or installation errors.
  • Fitment & Modifications: The buyer assumes all risk associated with modifying factory engine components. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local emissions compliance before installing modified engine components on public roads.

5. Website Content Accuracy

While we strive to keep all pricing, wait times, production estimates, and parts lists accurate, typographical or technical errors may occur. BimmerHeads reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, change lead times based on current workshop demand, or modify product specifications without prior notice.
