M20 Touring 885 Cylinder Head

Our "Stage 1" cylinder head. The BimmerHeads "Touring" M20 cylinder head is for those of you who like to do things right! This version of our 885 head is great for those planning to build a totally stock engine all the way up to a dedicated SpecE30 race car. Our Touring head comes standard with new Supertech stainless steel black nitride valves. This head allows the option of original (good used condition) OE BMW dual valve springs, new OE BMW dual springs, or BimmerHeads high performance dual valve springs. 

Our Touring cylinder head is completely torn down and rebuilt receiving the following:

• Cleaning
• Pressure testing
• Resurfacing
• New Supertech valves
  
• New Supertech valve guides
• New performance valve seals
• New camshaft o-ring & seal
• New OEM replacement rocker arms
• New rocker arm hardware
• New rocker arm eccentrics
• New intake manifold studs
• New thermostat housing studs
• New exhaust manifold studs
• New valve cover studs

Our cylinder heads are built to order. There are no cancellations allowed on cylinder head orders. Please expect a minimum production time of 6 to 7 weeks.

Price INCLUDES a refundable $700 core charge.
Once you've received your fresh BimmerHeads cylinder head please re-use our packaging to return your core OE BMW 885 cylinder head (with camshaft) back to us. Your core head and camshaft will be put through our inspection and testing processes and if they pass, and are deemed good usable cores, a complete cylinder head core charge refund of $700 will be issued. If the camshaft is unusable, or some other repairable damage is found, we may offer a reduced core charge refund. Core head return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
