M30 CP-Carrillo Forged Piston Set

After years of experience building BMW M30 engines and extensively testing forged piston sets from multiple manufacturers, CP-Carrillo is the clear choice for the M30 engines we build at BimmerHeads. This is the same CP-Carrillo piston set we use in all of our M30 builds.

• Forged from 2618-T1 aluminum alloy
• Includes pistons, piston ring set, wrist pins, and wrist pin clips
• Fits BMW M30 engines
• Available in multiple bore and stroke configurations
• Standard rod length: 135mm
• Standard compression ratio: 10:1
• Optional turbo upgrade with heavier-duty piston casting, upgraded rings, and upgraded wrist pins for boosted applications

The right set depends on your build: your head casting, bore and stroke, and whether the engine is naturally aspirated or boosted. Please specify your M30 engine variant and cylinder head casting in your checkout notes, along with any custom compression ratio you need. We can also provide custom piston sets in configurations not listed here.
